Rhodochrosite is a powerful heart-healing crystal. Its intense vibration fosters deep emotional healing, but the experience can be overwhelming. If you are highly sensitive to energy, or have unhealed emotional wounds and traumas, I recommend opting for a crystal that is not quite so intense, such as Rose Quartz, before deciding to work with Rhodochrosite. If you are drawn to this crystal, it’s likely that you have some deep healing to do. Rhodochrosite will bring past pain to the surface, but if you haven’t done any prior heart-healing work, it is best to ease yourself into the healing process by choosing a crystal with a gentler energy.
All of that being said, Rhodochrosite is a powerhouse healer, so if you are ready to feel the pain of the past in order for you to release it, then this crystal will make that happen.
