Shipping, Returns & Refunds

This policy refers to physical products only. Refer to the Tarot Reading Policy for information regarding electronic products.

Order changes

If you make a mistake on your order and need to cancel or make any changes, please email us immediately at casey@cardsandcrystals.com.au with “ORDER CHANGE” included in the subject of the email. We are unable to cancel or amend your order after it has been shipped.

Shipping

Shipping is available domestically within Australia only. International shipping is not currently available.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. 

After an order is place, please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed. If there is a delay with processing your order, you will be advised via email.

If, after 5 business days since placing your order, you have not been notified of your order shipment nor received an email informing you of a delay, please email casey@cardsandcrystals.com.au to advise. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number.

All orders incur a flat shipping rate of $10.95. Express shipping is available for $15.95.

Returns and Refunds

With the exception of indie decks and out of print (OOP) decks, you can return items within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be unopened and undamaged to receive a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We will not reimburse return postage expenses. Indie decks and OOP decks cannot be returned.

If you receive the wrong item or the product is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once we inspect the product to confirm the issue, we will refund the product price and reimburse shipping costs. This does not apply to minor flaws on crystals and handmade products as these will always have imperfections. For indie decks and OOP decks, I guarantee authenticity of the deck and safe postage, but I have no control over the card manufacturing and printing process or any quality issues or flaws. Therefore, no returns or refunds will be issued for indie or OOP decks. Opening these decks for inspection significantly reduces the product value and no returns or refunds will be issued where the product has been unsealed and opened.

For all returns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at casey@cardsandcrystals.com.au with your order number, the reason for return and photos showing the condition of the product. Upon receipt of your return request, we will send you an email with return instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
