Tarot Reading Policy

Reading requests
Tarot reading requests must meet the below terms:
The Querant must be at least 18 years of age.
The topic of the reading must not relate to a legal, financial or medical matter. Tarot readings are not a substitute for professional advice.
The Querant must be the subject of the reading. Third-party readings (readings about someone other than the individual requesting the reading) will not be accepted.
Questions must be open-ended. Closed questions, including “yes/no” or “when” questions, will not be accepted.
By requesting a Tarot reading, you consent to these terms. We reserve the right to decline a reading request and provide a refund where these terms have not been met.
Reading delivery
By requesting a reading, you acknowledge your agreement to the following:
All readings are paid in advance.
The information provided in the order form will be included in email correspondence to the email address provided at the time of the order. This includes order confirmation and order fulfilment emails. The details provided in the order form can include name, date of birth, personal pronouns, the reading question and any background information provided by the Querant as part of the reading request.
Email readings are conducted by distance and will be delivered in a written format to the email address provided at the time of the reading request.
It is the responsibility of the Querant to provide an accurate email address to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of the reading can be maintained.
All readings will be delivered within 5 business days of confirming the question.
A question is considered confirmed once the Querant and the Reader both agree to the question and the Querant receives an email acknowledging that the question has been confirmed.
To enable confirmation of the question, the Reader may email the Querant to clarify the question, seek additional information or request that the question be rephrased where necessary to achieve a more accurate and insightful reading.
Once the Querant and the Reader agree on the question for the reading, the Reader will send a confirmation email to the Querant. The reading will then be delivered within 5 business days of that confirmation email.
If the Querant and the Reader cannot agree on the question, the reading will not proceed and the Querant will be refunded.
The Reader reserves the right to decline a reading without notice for any reason. Where this occurs, the Querant will be refunded in full for the reading.
The Querant reserves the right to cancel their reading up until the reading has been conducted. To cancel a reading, email casey@cardsandcrystals.com.au to advise.
No refunds are available once a reading has been conducted. If your reading doesn’t resonate with you, just wait and see. Readings often become clearer with time.
No follow up questions will be answered once the reading is complete. A new reading must be purchased for any additional questions.

By requesting a reading, you agree to receive a reading in accordance with the reading style and beliefs contained on the “My Reading Style” page of this website. You also confirm you have read the content on the page “How to Phrase your Tarot Question” and that your question meets the standards contained on that page.

Any readings that contain future predictions are based on the energies at play at the time of the reading. We each have free will and the future is not set in stone, so your future projection can change based on the choices of yourself and others.
It is your choice whether to accept any guidance or advice offered in a Tarot reading. The Tarot can provide you with insight and perspective, but it is not intended to take away your agency or decision-making power.
