Carnelian is the stone of health and vitality. It activates our life force energy and increases our inner and outer strength. To that end, Carnelian helps with fertility (orange Carnelian for females and red Carnelian for males), PMS and low libido. Carnelian’s connection to the lower three chakras means that it is a great healing tool for lower back pain, and it also helps stimulate metabolism and digestion.
